2. Services

Aspiring Edits provides professional video editing services, including:

  • Cinematic editing

  • Motion graphics

  • Color grading

  • Audio enhancements

  • Free sample edits

All services are provided remotely and are subject to timely submission of required materials (footage, instructions, etc.) from the client.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment must be made in full before final delivery of the edited product.

  • No refunds are offered once the editing process has started, unless agreed in writing.

  • Free sample edits are provided as a no-obligation preview and do not guarantee project acceptance.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days, with express and urgent delivery options available.
Turnaround starts only after all necessary materials are received.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting footage or media, you:

  • Warrant that you own or have rights to use it.

  • Grant us a limited license to edit and use the material for the purpose of fulfilling the service.

Aspiring Edits retains rights to display edited versions in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included with every project. Excessive or scope-changing revision requests may incur additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aspiring Edits is not liable for:

  • Loss of original files

  • Delays due to third-party services (e.g., cloud uploads)

  • Unforeseen circumstances like internet outages or force majeure events

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion, especially in cases of abusive or inappropriate conduct.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
